Description These succulent Lamb & Mint Sausages have the perfect balance of minty sweetness. As with all our sausages, we make them by hand, using select cuts of grass fed lamb – mostly breast and shoulder. We mince the meat twice for an even consistency. Perfect for the barbecue, but equally good baked in the oven.
