The handle is ergonomically shaped, double sanded, fire tempered and lacquered to provide years of use. Steel ferrule is crimped on for a secure connection.It has a diameter of 1-1/4″. The chuck or tenon for the ferrule is 3-1/2″ long and has a 7/16″ hole bored in it to depth of 3-1/4″. The steel ferrule is powder coated blue and is 3-3/4″ long.
